Back in the day, my sisters and I used to consistenly have no idea what to get my dad any time we had to give him a present, since he was kind of hard to shop for. So, we'd inevitably end up buying him some stupid plane-themed piece of kitsch, since he was a pilot and we were clearly not inspired gift-givers.

However, I'm pretty amused to find that I've actually found a piece of high fashion that 12-year old Lisa would have deemed as an approprite gift for my father.
